In an effort to streamline and consolidate my efforts, my Optimal Living website is now housed under my Dreamsmith website. All posts going forward will be published under my Dreamsmith name and logo, and you’ll continue to find informative and thought-provoking ideas and information here, all relevant to living optimally. Topics that relate specifically to Optimal Living will be tagged accordingly, and all the categories are on the right-hand side of the web page, so you can easily find the topics that are of interest to you.
As an Optimal Living subscriber, if you're not already familiar with Dreamsmith, you might be wondering just what it is.
Dreamsmith is for people who want to Live Big, Be Happy, and Change the World. Those might sound - to some - like pretty big goals, but whether your dreams are big or small, Dreamsmith is a place where you'll find inspiration, motivation and food for thought about ways to design and live a life you love. Conscious lifestyle design and living optimally don’t affect just your own personal life. Everything that each of us does at an individual level adds up to create our collective experience on this planet and beyond (hey, Richard Branson is starting to pioneer commercial flights into space, so we really are on our way to moving beyond the confines of this planet). The decisions we make for ourselves on a daily basis have a farther-reaching effect than we might first think. So it's good to think about those daily decisions in a more conscious way. That’s what Dreamsmith is about, and the website is where you’ll find information about my speaking and workshop topics, as well as my blog posts going forward. If you’re in the KW area, I’d love to have you join Dreamsmith’s upcoming Success Team running Wednesday evenings from 7 – 9pm, April 11 – May 30th. When it comes to turning your dreams into reality, having the support and structure of a group program and the guidance of a Registered Success Team Leader can make all the difference in bringing your dream from the ever-elusive ‘someday’ right into ‘today’. Find out more about Success Teams here. Thanks for being with me on this journey thus far, and for all your comments and emails letting me know when something I write resonates with you. I love hearing from you, and I appreciate all your support and encouragement. I intend to continue offering free information here that's interesting, informative and inspiring, and I look forward to continuing to support and encourage YOU as you forge your dreams into reality.
