As many of you know, last year I produced and hosted a six-part TV series on the integrated nature of well-being. This series explored taking a holistic approach to health and happiness by looking at some of the ways that our physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social and environmental health are interconnected.
This personal project was done with the help of my local Rogers Television studio, and the show continues to air across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, Brantford and Stratford. If you live in one of those cities or surrounding communities and have Rogers Cable, you can click the links at the bottom of this page to find out when it airs in your region.
However, friends and members of my Dreamsmith and Optimal Living communities who are outside of these localized viewing areas have been asking about how they can access the show too. Since I have restrictions on sharing the video content, I wanted to create another way to share the great things that I learned while putting this series together.
SO: I'm excited to announce that as of today, you can now access the information that was shared by the show's guest experts in the form of a very accessible, very affordable copy (complete with photos from the shoots!) of the transcripts from this original TV series:
There's also a short two-minute video where you can find out some of the questions we explored, and you can check out the list of experts interviewed and topics covered in the table of contents.
It was almost a year and a half ago that I wrote about what motivated me to produce this series, and I continue to learn about and explore ways to achieve optimal health and happiness in life. It's the kind of thing I primarily write about here on my blog. Of course the very nature of life is that there will be ups and downs, good times and bad, sunny days and rainy ones...but when we seek out and make a regular practice of doing everything we can to keep our health and our happiness in top form, not only does it boost our enjoyment (and the frequency) of the good times, but it also increases our resiliency when those tough times come knocking at our door.
To those of you who've been part of this community since the early days of Optimal Living, thank you for being with me all this time. Your support and encouragement means more than you can know. For those of you who are new to the Dreamsmith and Optimal Living community, I hope that you too will find this to be another useful resource that helps you along your journey to creating the life of your dreams.
Here's to your health and your happiness!
