Cancellations are subject to a sliding scale as follows: any cancellation will result in a loss of a $250 cancellation fee per registrant, plus will result in forfeiture of all other earlybird bonuses and discount offerings. Cancellations made between November 29th 2024 and December 12th 2024 are 100% refundable, minus the cancellation fee(s). Cancellations made between December 13th 2024 and January 3rd 2025 will have the cancellation fee(s) deducted, and then a refund will be processed for 50% of the remaining balance. Cancellations made on or after January 4th are non-refundable.
In the event of a cancellation of a Shared Room/Double Occupancy booking: under any circumstance, any refund will be made only to the card that was used as the original method of payment. If only one of the participants wishes to cancel, the remaining participant will have the option to keep their booking provided only if they pay the difference remaining, if any, between their half of the original registration fee at the time of booking and the Single Occupancy rate in effect at the time of cancellation (herein referred to as the ‘Single Supplement’), in which case the cancellation fees and percentages outlined above will apply only to the cancelling party’s portion of the original registration fee. The refund to the cancelling party, subject to the above policies, will only be processed after the Single Supplement payment is received in full.
Cancellations under any circumstance must be made by email only to info@kellywagnerkw.com and must be received no later than 11:59pm ET on the deadline dates outlined above.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if registrations are not meeting the trip minimum, and if we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. In either event, your payments will be fully refunded without penalty.
