Wish you could find just a little time for yourself?

You're a good, kind, hardworking and resilient woman who takes care of so many things...and if you're like many women I talk to these days, you also sometimes find yourself feeling depleted, frazzled and maybe even a little bit (or a lotta bit) lost in this shifting, post-COVID world.

You might be:

  • dreading the thought of even one more meeting (online or otherwise), OR feeling starved of true connection (with others...or yourself). 

  • either tired of always feeling behind, or frustrated by not knowing what to do next.

  • feeling like a hostage to your phone and to your computer screen (or perhaps even to your life, at times).

  • wishing you could just sit with a friend or two and have a good heart-to-heart; but everyone you know is so busy with their own lives...

Meanwhile, every day your heart is yearning for...something more.

How would it feel to give your body a break with simple, clean, nourishing food (where someone else has planned the menu)... eat slowly and mindfully, eating only when and as much as you're actually hungry for. press pause on the daily wine (gasp! and yes, really.)  

Wouldn't it feel good to step away from the computer, get back into nature, and eat and move at your own pace for just a few days?

What would it feel like to unplug? 

Turn off the phone.   Silence the alerts.

Hike quietly through a lush woodland forest.

Lay in the grass and look up at the clouds.

Bask.  (in the sun or in the breezes of a shady nook)

Get lost in a book, do some colouring or a craft, or just watch the droplets trickle down a window pane if there's a rainy day...because you don't have to do anything else.

  • simple and/or whole foods* included throughout your stay, 3 meals a day plus snacks, prepared ahead for you to eat on your own schedule or with the group

Our retreats are an opportunity to curl up and chat with people who care, about the ideas and thoughts and dreams that you have percolating, the challenges you're facing, and your hopes for your future.  We offer group and individual activities for reflection and fun that are 100% optional, and you'll have both indoor and outdoor space that allows you to enjoy exactly as much 'alone time' or connection time as you wish.
